Enough or Too Much?
Some who are both outside and inside the impact of homelessness think that goverment spending is less than it needs to be while also being ineffective.
Needing more because its effective, less because they are working, it's fine currently, and even that local goverment should have jurisdiction.
Some who are both inside and outside of homelessness percive that the spending on programs to combate the issue are too costly and ineffective.
Spending
What is "Spending"? In order for non-profit organizations like volunteers of america to contiue providing services they have to get grants from the federal goverment. The amount of money that grants will provide are determined by a proposed budget that is approved later during the year of its creation.
